"Nice packaging, just a bit too much filler"
My order showed up totally fine, so no complaints there. I did really like that the packaging was recyclable, always nice to see. I guess my only thing is, there was maybe a little more filler than needed? Not a huge deal, but it’d be great if they could cut back on that a bit.

I had a smooth time using the site. It was easy to get around, and I found what I needed really quickly. Checkout was straightforward too, with no confusing steps or anything weird. What more can you ask for??

I ordered from Eco Tan and the products was fine, no issue with what I got. But the packaging were average honestly. The box looked a bit squashed when it arrived, and there wasn’t much padding inside to keep everything secure. Luckily nothing leaked, but it didn’t feel packed as well as it should have been. For the price, I kind of expected a bit more care with the packaging. Not awful, just something they could improve.

"Worth it for the price"
I usually try to save money on tanning products, mostly because I convince myself I don’t need anything fancy, but this one feels worth it. The prices are reasonable for more natural tan stuff, and it actually lasts longer than some of the cheaper ones I’ve bought. Maybe I’m just bad at applying the bargain ones, but the result with this was definitely better. Shipping was fine too, no real complaints. Overall, I’m happy with the value...

I was really counting on this to look good for the weekend, but it barely showed up at all and then faded in weird patchy spots after just two days. it kind of ruined my plans because I had to scramble to fix it last minute

Checkout did work in the end, but wow, it definitely took its sweet time. I had to go back and recheck my cart twice, which made the whole thing feel way more dramatic than it needed to be.

"Good vegan options, but I had to double-check"
I do like that Eco Tan has vegan-friendly products, and some of them are easy to spot on the site. But I’ll be honest, I’m always a bit nervous about getting fooled by vague labels, so I ended up clicking around and checking everything more than once before buying. The products I tried were good, but if you’re strict vegan, I wish they made it clearer on every single item.

I’ve ordered from ecotan a few times now, and so far the items I’m after are usually in stock, which makes things a lot easier. I wouldn’t say it’s anything over the top, but it’s reliable, and that’s really what I’m looking for.
My last order was straightforward too. Everything showed as available and actually shipped without any issues, so no waiting around or chasing things up. I’m happy with the experience and will probably keep ordering when I need to restock

"Pretty easy fix overall"
I had a small issue with my order and customer service got back to me quickly. They sorted it out without making it a whole thing, which I appreciated. It did take one extra email, well, not a big deal, but still—than I expected, but overall I’m happy with how it was handled.

"Feels good supporting an Aussie brand"
I decided to try Eco Tan because it’s made here in Australia, and as an Aussie I always feel better backing local brands when I can. My order showed up quickly, and the products felt lovely to use. I was also really happy there wasn’t that strong fake tan smell, which is usually what puts me off. Overall, I’m really pleased with it and would definitely order again

"Pretty clear overall, but I was still a bit confused"
I do like that Eco Tan actually lists the ingredients and explains what’s in their products. That made me feel a little more comfortable ordering, and the website didn’t feel super pushy or salesy, which I appreciated.
That said, I still had a few moments where I was like, wait, where’s the backup for this?? I wish they included more details or links about things like certifications and sourcing. Overall, not a bad experience, just feels like they could be a bit more upfront in certain places.

"Decent selection, but I expected a bit more"
I thought the range was okay overall, and there were definitely a few good picks in there. I might be mixing up when I checked it, because I feel like there was more last time, or maybe I just expected more this time around. Either way, it was fine, but I do wish there were more options to choose from.

I was surprised by how easy this was to apply. It went on really smoothly and didn’t feel messy or annoying like some other tans I’ve tried.
The guide color made it simple to see where I’d already applied it, which feels like the bare minimum brands should do to make things easier for people. I wasn’t standing there guessing, and it blended nicely around my hands and elbows too.
Really happy with the result overall. No stress, no weird patchy bits, just a straightforward product that does what it says

I ordered a few bits from ecotan.com.au and, to be fair, everything arrived exactly as I’d chosen. The shades were right, nothing was missing, and the parcel matched what I was expecting, which I really appreciated.

"Better Than I Expected"
I wasn’t expecting much, but this turned out to be really nice. The scent is pleasant without being too strong, and it feels smooth when using it. Definitely a bit better than I thought it would be.
